Suggested beat sheet
Intro · who you are
Tell the panel who everyone is on the team (names, briefly). Then say why you chose this topic: what made it matter to you.
Domain + learning goal + charter
Who the companion is for, what skill it builds, why Socratic (not answer bot), and the one behaviour it must never do.
Live (or recorded) behaviour
Show one learner question. Show a hint + question response. Contrast briefly with what a dump would have done, and name the framework it demonstrates (e.g. Framework 3, scaffolding).
Evidence + iteration · the scorecard
Open your scorecard: overall band, two rates with their denominators, the hard gates. Then one full loop, probe, diagnosis, instruction change, re-probe, with before/after numbers, naming the research behind the fix.
Limits + next
One honest dataset or behaviour limit, mapped to its framework. One thing you’d test with more time.
Close on the card
Point at your Project Card, every claim you made lives there with its evidence. Stop cleanly: leave room for questions.
